- Hwy. 309 is a great ride from Paris to Havana during the spring and early fall. The road surface was repaved earlier this year and great twisties in the mountains take you by Cove Lake and into Mount Magazine State Park, the highest point in Arkansas. - Kent, North Little Rock, AR (7/29/08)
