Route 8 provides a full taste of what this part of the state has to offer.
From a stop at the Huzzah River to enjoy the cool water to the undeveloped wilderness stretches through Mark Twain National Forest, this road is well maintained, see's minimal use, and is a hugely relaxing and beautiful ride.
The emphasis on this road is sweepers with a few twisties thrown in to keep it interesting.
