Rider Comments:
- "This is a short but fun ride. I prefer to start at the Overlook then head up and down these twists - only shoulder is at the top overlooking NYC & Sandy Hook. Take a stop there. (About ½ mile from Overlook)." - Anonymous (8/25/10)
- "Ocean Boulevard begins near the end of First Ave. in Atlantic Highlands. It is the last right before you enter the harbor parking lot. The road is pretty twisty with scenic views of the ocean and Sandy Hook. Near the end you can visit The Mount Mitchell Overlook which is where there is a 9-11 memorial for Monmouth County residents killed in the September 11th attacks. If you continue down the hill, you can bang a left down Rt 36 and cruise Ocean Avenue or Sandy Hook. If you go straight through the light there are lots of wooded back roads through Navesink that would also make for a nice ride." - Harry Taylor (8/8/09)
