• The twisty stretch of CR-106 between Route 17 and 7 Lakes Drive has been reopened. I rode the entire length yesterday and its just as awesome as ever! - DK (7/28/10)
• The road as presented (Route 17 to Seven Lakes Pkwy) is no longer 6 miles but just 3 due to the bridge over Lake Kanawauke being indefinitely out (needs rebuilding). While the ride is fun it takes all of about 5 or 6 minutes, only worth it if you have other business nearby. - Ron A. (9/5/09)

• The bridge is out on 106, and while the first couple miles are ridable, you cannot connect to Seven Lakes Drive. The only option is to turn around and head back. Still worth riding though. - Anonymous (5/26/08)
• Just rode it and it is great! I wish it were longer, but the 6 miles it does have are amazing! Its through a State Park and you need to pay attention to other visitors or cars parked on the side of the road as well as some wildlife, but I will be going back soon. Being from New Jersey, I don’t get to find many places like this, and so far this was the nicest spot I’ve ridden! - Marc (10/1/07)
• THIS IS definately a road to spend some time on if you like wearing off the little Michellin guys head on the side of your tires. It is really twisty as well as scenic. It has few if any access roads that are used and is a lot of fun. Watch for deer and a few spots near access roads for gravel run off. No food or fuel on it but only 6 miles, you'll probably ride is several times back and forth, so fuel up before anyway. - Rider from Rockaway, New Jersey (5/11/07)

• If you take the Warwick to Tuxedo Park, NY 17A, and add the CR 106 route, you get two really nice rides in one. These two roads are one in the same, they merge on an overpass over SR 17. - Jim Starr (9/17/06)
