- All 3 road types here. End at Garnet Lake for a swim or picnic! The last .25 mile on Garnet Lake is unpaved but HARD pan. No worries. Most 'locals' know this road as the 'Ride to Heid's'. Good MC wrench lives/works on Garnet Lake Road. Over 30 years. - Jim Popper (3/2/08)
