Ridden on 9/3/2011 – Ducati 1098.
Picked this up at Route 260 and went 78 west.
78 starts off kind of slow (actually fast because it’s not as twisty) but once you get past I-77, it becomes a lot more fun.
Pavement was in pretty good shape in most of the areas.
You are going through Wayne National Forest so there are some scenic spots.
A couple of the signs seemed a bit off.
I remember one that said 40 mph turn ahead and it was much tighter than a 40 mph turn but you could kind of tell coming into the turn what you were up against.
Good road.

Just rode this route from Glouster to McConnelsville today with a group of 5 friends.
This section is often called the 'Rim of the Word'.
We all loved it!
It was the highlight of our ride!
Twisties that go on and on and on!
Road condition was great, and sharper curves are well marked with warning signs.
Surface was clean and free of debris.
I fully recommend it!

Fantastic run. Great road surface with plenty of twisties.

We traveled SR 78 from Woodsfield to SR 60 and had a blast, plenty of twisties and nice road surface.
We stopped at the Big Bucket for a photo op.
Good time had by all.
