- "PA997 has 4 90° corners (which qualify as "tight" in my book) on its Northern half and a few decent sweepers along the way. It's not "twisty" or technical, but it is a nice ride - just as reported below!" - Brad Morgan (4/7/09)
- "Please consider changing the status of this road from Twisty to Scenic. The twists are very rare and mostly so shallow as to be unnoticable. This road does not merit a twisty rating. I specifically went out today looking to ride the "twisty" roads listed on your web site for this section of PA. I was very disappointed with the inacurate description provided by other riders pertaining to this road. I also found Rt 34 to be poorly indicated, but will send you a separate email on that one." - Jon English (4/5/09)
