- "This road runs east off I-35E and then heads north to Mountain Springs where it intersects FM922. The road suface is smooth concrete the entire way. The road is straight for the most part with a few sweepers. Views of Lake Ray Roberts are aplenty as you travel over two bridges to cross the lake. Restrooms/camping/hiking/mountain bike trails/fishing are all available at Lake Ray Roberts-Johnson Branch Unit." - Luke Slavens (2/16/08)
