Rider Comments:

  • "I saw that this road was previously submitted on this website, but for the part south of Crosbyton, TX to Post, TX. Well....the northern side of it, north of SH 114, is better. There are curves going out toward where it dips off the Caprock, then later climbs back up again, and runs alongside the Blanco Canyon for a little while. Try this northern side of FM 651, and you won't be disappointed." - Rider from Arlington, TX (4/24/09)
  • "Cotton fields to canyons. Little to no traffic at all. Not a "great" ride, but it's one of the only roads on the South Plains of Texas that you'll find with hills and wide curves." - Rider from Lubbock, Texas
