• "SR 42 is one of the most scenic roads I've ever ridden. There are a few sweepers, just enough to keep it interesting. SR 42 follows the Holston River for many miles. There are some of the most beautiful Amish farms I've ever seen along the valley with plenty of wildlife and deer, be careful. There is hardly any traffic. My friend Charles Mason and I regularly ride this road because of the scenery. As far as skill is concerned its an easy ride, what this road does provide is some of the most lovely farming scenery you will ever see.
