• Had the opportunity to ride SR 9 from Paw Paw to Berkeley Springs and it didn't disappoint. Beautiful mountain scenery, good road surface, little traffic, and plenty of curves. Highlight was the view at the Panorama Overlook, a few miles west of Berkeley Springs. You can combine WV 9 with MD 51. - Webmaster, MotorcycleRoads.US (7/7/09)
• Rural route secondary 2 lane road, takes you up and over the mountains into West Virginia. 55MPH, great views of Shenandoah River Valley. Careful on those S-Turns. You can do a loop by taking Rt.340 out of Charles Town back to Rt.7 for a total of about 75 miles. - Bruce H. (6/29/06)
